This is a rare and exquisite trinket / jewelry lacquered box with intricate hand-painted designs of an exotic Tiger in a Safari-Jungle.
The box has a beautiful multicolor design with a lacquered finish.
Condition is nice with some normal shelf wear on the bottom and slight wear throughout. Light scratches normal for age and usage. No large cracks or large areas of missing paint, lacquer etc.
Box is hand made in Kashmir, India. The original sticker in place on the bottom.
The lid is removable and fits nice-snug when closed.
The inner portion of the box is divided and would make a perfect place for storing your precious trinkets or maybe some favorite recipes.
